The vendors of this property were keen to get a good price to fund the renovations of the property they were planning to move into. Movewise assigned 1 agent and the property went on the market at the top end of the valuations. The property was listed for two months generating a consistent flow of viewings. A buyer was found despite COVID-19 and the deal was closed at 98% of the asking price!
