Property Advisor - Remote Role 

Our business is pioneering a new model improving the estate agency industry, giving our customers a tailored service which offers a better chance of sale than the traditional sole agency model. The estate agency industry has been served by local agents for the last 100 years. Whilst this remains the best way to sell a house the local agent generally restricts the vendor to sole agency which isn’t good for the customer. We have a simple multi-agent solution that we know is better for all customers.

Our business model is scalable across the whole of the UK. By positioning ourselves as the lead multi-agent platform in the UK we can create a platform and gateway for customers to the largest economic sector in the UK.  Rightmove created the way buyers find houses - Movewise is creating the way sellers find buyers. At Movewise we have the flexibility to advise and help our clients in a way traditional estate agencies cannot. We look to find the best solution for each individual client.  We do not have the typical sales based commission structure you find in traditional estate agency as we are focused on giving  the best possible advice for each individual client whether that means they list their property with us or not.

The Team
We are an all-remote team and you will find our approach refreshing and a little different. We believe in working collectively and we continuously look for better ways to serve our customers. We deeply care about providing a great customer experience. We have an office in Bicester, Oxford and in Victoria, London where you may be required to visit on occasion.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced property advisor to work in a new and crucial role that has become available within the Property Team.  It is an exciting opportunity to be right at the heart of this rapidly growing business.

This role requires extensive experience in sales negotiation and advisory in either an estate agency or property search background. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about property and focused on understanding and helping our clients. You will be a key, senior member of the team, working directly with the Head of Property and will be responsible for handling business all over the UK.

  • Working with and supporting the team to build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Guiding new leads through our process, how we work and signing them up as customers
  • Managing and advising clients on a multi-agent sales processes
  • Advising clients on agent selection and sub-contracting agents 
  • Monitoring client listings and progressing agreed sales 
  • Updating vendors on their sale and ensuring they are given the best possible advice in order to get them sold
  • Mentoring junior members of the team in relation to client advice 
  • Advising clients on prime property sales

What you need to thrive in this role

  • Extensive proven background in property sales.  
  • Excellent knowledge of the property sales process.  
  • Setting and maintaining exceptional standards, leading by example  
  • Highly self motivated and conscientious with a positive attitude.  
  • Excellent communication skills.  Able to build instant rapport with people of all backgrounds
  • Empathy and understanding for all clients 
  • Highly professional approach with proven track record dealing with prime clients
  • Driven by quality 

Required Experience

2+ years in a senior role such assistant manager
