Tom Scarborough of Movewise presenting at LegalEx

Last week, in a welcome return to real-world events following more than 18 months of virtual meetings, Movewise attended LegalEx, the UK’s leading legal exhibition, at the ExCeL centre in London.

Movewise founder and CEO Tom Scarborough and members of our expert property team were on hand to meet members of the legal profession and discuss how Movewise can help them to manage and sell probate property more effectively.

On Wednesday morning, Tom delivered a presentation entitled “Streamlining probate property: everything solicitors need to value, manage and sell property”. This outlined the unique challenges associated with probate property – which accounts for around 1 in 10 homes on the market at any given time – and the ways in which Movewise’s probate solutions can solve them.  The result is faster and smoother administration and sales, less hassle for the solicitor or executor, and maximum value delivered to the beneficiaries of the estate.

The full presentation is available to view above. Key takeaways from the session include:

  • Why traditional methods of arranging property services and selling property are inefficient and how to do it better
  • How Movewise addresses the unique needs of probate property through its one-stop services solution
  • Why outsourcing property sales reduces administrative burden on probate solicitors while delivering best value to clients

Movewise offers a complete start-to-finish probate property service, from RICS valuations, inventory and house clearance services to a fully managed multi-agent property sale.
